Infusing Oils

  • 3 oz fresh herbs
  • 8oz olive oil (others work also: coconut & almond)


  1. Chop herbs
  2. Add oil
  3. Warm mixture in sauce pan
  4. Cool
  5. Store in air tight container
  6. Marinate for at least 24 hours to 1 week prior to use
  7. Strain into air tight container and serve
